Eligibility
Applicants must submit a marriage or domestic partnership certificate, or full custody agreement and proof of full time student status at a local approved degree providing university with a completed application form and a one-time non-refundable application fee, currently $30.00.

After credit and reference checks, successful applicants are placed on the waiting list for an apartment on a first come, first serve basis. When you sign a lease and agree to the terms of the membership handbook you will be required to pay the annual membership fee of $24.00 per year.
The Society is dependent on the contributions of its members. Each member is expected to contribute to the society in some way in order for the society to maintain an affordable rent level and family atmosphere. Members can contribute to the society by becoming a Board or Committee member or volunteering in other areas. The members of the Board of Directors are a group of people responsible not for the day to day running of the institution, but for governing it. The day to day operations are taken care of by several full time employees of the Society.
It is strongly recommended for members to attend one annual meetings per year. This is where by-law changes are made and a Board of Directors is elected by the Membership
